About the Project
«Dikorosiya» is a unique gastronomic marathon held in the Sakhalin Region in late spring and early summer, opening the season of fresh wild plants and authentic island flavors.
During the festival, regional restaurants and cafes present a special menu with signature sets at a fixed price. The main ingredients are gifts of island nature: burdock, wild garlic (ramsons), bracken fern, kelp, marsh marigold, and forest mushrooms.
The gastronomic journey is complemented by traditional Sakhalin berries — red bilberry, magnolia vine, and klopovka, creating a unique palette of regional tastes.
